Cancelation Policy

At QuickN Express, we strive to ensure timely and accurate delivery of every order. However, we understand that sometimes cancellations may be necessary. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You may cancel your order within 1–2 minutes of placing it, as long as the restaurant has not yet accepted or started preparing the order.

  • Once the restaurant has accepted and begun preparation, cancellation is no longer allowed.

  • In case of prepaid orders, if the cancellation is accepted, the refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.


2. Order Cancellation by Restaurant or QuickN Express

Your order may be canceled in the following scenarios:

  • The restaurant is unable to fulfill the order (e.g., out of stock, closed, etc.)

  • Delivery is not possible due to incorrect address or unreachable location

  • Unforeseen technical or logistical issues

In such cases, you will receive a full refund (if already paid) within 5–7 business days.


3. Cancellation Charges

QuickN Express may charge a nominal cancellation fee if the order is canceled after the restaurant has started preparing the food, to compensate for food wastage or delivery resource allocation.


4. How to Cancel

To cancel an order:

  • Go to My Orders in the app and select the order you wish to cancel

5. Final Decision

QuickN Express reserves the right to make the final decision on all cancellations. Repeated cancellations or misuse of the feature may lead to account suspension.
