Refund Policy

At QuickN Express, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver every order accurately, on time, and in the best condition. However, in case of any issues, our refund policy ensures fair handling and resolution.


1. Eligible Refund Scenarios

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases:

  • The order was not delivered.

  • The delivered order was incorrect, incomplete, or significantly damaged.

  • The restaurant canceled the order or was unable to fulfill it.

  • Payment was made but the order failed due to technical issues.


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • You provided the wrong delivery address or were unavailable to receive the order.

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.

  • Food quality or taste-related issues (as food is subjective).

  • Delays caused by high traffic, weather conditions, or other unavoidable factors.


3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Contact our support team within 2 hours of order delivery.

  • Provide your Order ID and a clear explanation of the issue (with photos, if applicable).

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through digital wallets or bank transfer after verification.


5. Final Decision

QuickN Express reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests based on internal investigation and the provided evidence. Our decision will be final.
